I work privately with a small number of women who want dedicated support through recovery and beyond. Women who are ready to invest the time, consistency, and care it takes to feel strong again.
Private Coaching
Every woman’s recovery is different: Your surgery, your body, your goals. My job is to help you rebuild safely and effectively, using a science-based, movement-focused approach that meets you where you are.
I only work with a limited number of clients at a time so I can give each woman the full attention she deserves. Because of that, coaching spaces open only a few times per year.
Coaching Options
Both programmes begin from around week 6 post-surgery, when your body is ready for structured movement and progressive rebuilding.
Coaching Option 1:
The Foundation Programme: 20 Hours
For women who want to feel capable, strong and independent again. This programme lasts approximately 2 - 3 months.
Rebuild your base of strength, mobility, and confidence so you can return to everyday life feeling steady and self-assured.
You’ll learn how to move well, manage pressure, and trust your body again, with the knowledge and tools to continue independently afterwards.

Coaching Option 2:
The Performance Programme: 50 Hours
For women returning to higher-level fitness, work, or sport. This programme lasts approximately 4 - 9 months.
A deeper, longer-term rebuild focused on strength, endurance and body confidence, restoring your capacity to do the things you love without fear or limitation.
Investment: £4,500

Three payments of £1,500
Four payments of £1,125
Sessions are usually 30–60 minutes and are billed by total hours rather than per session, giving flexibility to adapt as your recovery evolves.
All coaching includes:
✔ Personalised recovery planning and progression
✔ Strength, mobility, and pelvic floor integration
✔ Return-to-activity or sport guidance
✔ Messaging support between sessions
✔ Progress tracking and home practice plans
