You can choose between a 20-hour or 50-hour personalised coaching programme, delivered 1:1 with me, either in person at my studio in East Horsley, Surrey (United Kingdom) or online.

This is a tailored coaching experience, not a standard exercise plan. Together we’ll rebuild your strength, confidence and movement capacity safely, intelligently, and at a pace that matches your recovery.
