This programme gives you the time, structure and expert guidance to rebuild your strength, confidence and movement capacity in a way that fits your life, your goals and your body’s unique recovery timeline.
You can choose between a 20-hour or 50-hour personalised coaching programme, delivered 1:1 with me, either in person at my studio in East Horsley, Surrey (United Kingdom) or online.

This is a tailored coaching experience, not a standard exercise plan. Together we’ll rebuild your strength, confidence and movement capacity safely, intelligently, and at a pace that matches your recovery.
You can choose between a 20-hour or 50-hour personalised programme, depending on how much support you want and how deep you’d like to go.

A detailed initial assessment to identify your current movement patterns, pelvic health considerations and areas that need support.

20 hours for most women ends up at around 12 weeks of training. 12 weeks is the ideal timeframe for your body to transition from early recovery (around week 6 post-surgery) to full-strength, unrestricted training. It’s based on current research into post-surgical adaptation and tissue healing.
If you’re short on time or budget, the 6-week Bridging Programme is a good first step. We can also combine it with 2-3 personalised sessions to tailor the work more closely to your goals.

Absolutely. Many women choose to continue beyond the initial time period to build performance, confidence, or long-term strength. If you’d like to extend your plan, we’ll discuss it and schedule extra phases depending on your goals and my availability. We set up a monthly subscription for this.

Yes. I work with women all over the UK and beyond. You’ll just need a stable device or TV connection so I can see you clearly, plus a small amount of space to move comfortably. Some basic equipment can be useful, but I’ll adapt everything to what you already have and advise on anything that could enhance your results.
